We use USPS for shipping. We offer first-class, priority and express shipping.

First class shipping within the US is FREE for orders over $20.

Priority shipping within the US starts at $4.80.

The rate for express shipping within the US depends on the order weight. For most orders, the rate is between $14.40 and $18.80.

First class Mail International starts at $1. The actual rate depends on order weight and destination. Delivery time varies by destination. Can take a few weeks for delivery. No tracking information available.

Priority Mail International starts at $9 for shipments to Canada and Mexico, and $11 for shipments to other countries. Delivery to major destinations takes 6-10 days. Tracking information available for shipment to major destinations.

Express Mail International starts at $22. The actual rate depends on order weight and destination. Delivery to major destinations takes 3-5 days. Tracking information available for shipment to major destinations.

SALES TAX

We charge sales tax for shipments in the state of Massachusetts.

CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be charged custom fee upon delivery, depending on the custom policy of the destination country.

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. The original shipping charge is not refundable. The shipping cost for the return package is not reimbursed. Please contact us beforehand to acquire a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.
